We’ll start with a personalized consultation to explore your vision, preferences, and wedding style. From your dream location to the kind of experience you want for your guests, we’ll talk about everything that matters—your must-haves, your guest list, and the overall vibe you’re hoping to create.
Research
Based on our consultation, after my service fees are paid & T & C's are signed, I’ll begin curating destination options, resort venues, and travel logistics tailored to your desires. This step is all about narrowing down the best fits for your wedding dreams—while aligning with your budget, guest needs, and aesthetic.
Secure Wedding Date and Venue
Once you’ve chosen the perfect location, we’ll lock in your wedding date and confirm the venue or resort. This is where your dream begins to take shape and becomes a reality.
Secure Room Blocks
Next, I’ll arrange group room blocks to ensure your guests have guaranteed availability and special rates. This step helps simplify the booking process and keeps everyone together in comfort and style.
Sign Contract and Place Deposit
To officially begin your wedding journey with me you'll review and sign the service agreement and place your deposit-securing your spot and setting the planning in motion.

Hi, I'm Linda and I am your "go to" for all things wedding! It is my passion to handle every little detail, so you don't have to worry about anything. From coordinating directly with your resort’s wedding team to managing every interaction with local suppliers, I’m your dedicated liaison behind the scenes—ensuring nothing is missed. I personally take care of your guests’ travel arrangements, including flights, private transfers, and accommodations, so they feel well-supported every step of the way. I organize group excursions, special dinners, and handle payments and reminders, so you don’t have to chase anyone down. If needed, I can even be on site to ensure everything goes off without a hitch. Think of me as your personal wedding concierge—committed to making sure your celebration is seamless, stress-free, and as unforgettable as your love story.
